Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Fee Assessment:

Late Cancellation: Any player (member or non-member) who withdraws from an event less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time is subject to the full participation fee.

No-Show: Any player who fails to appear for their registered event without canceling is also subject to the full participation fee.

Fees are charged to uphold fairness, prevent habitual late withdrawals, and maintain program quality.

Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies at the discretion of club management.
